第三关：首发20强决定赛 分组情况 / Level 3: Top 20 Starters Determination's Grouping

投票规则：

1. 首发的32部将分成4组，每组有8部动漫。

2. 在FB投票中，在72小时内，每一组将以一人一票方式进行；而在官网投票中，在限定的投票期限内，每人每天可拥有三票。

3. 投票结束后，票数最高的5部将挺进下一关，其余3部将被淘汰。

4. 本关将淘汰12部动漫，同时首发20强将与王牌20强对战！

Voting Rules:

1. 32 starters are divided into 4 groups, each group will have 8 anime.

2. In Facebook Voting, each person will have to choose only ONE (1) anime in 72 hours; as for Official Website Voting, every person can vote for THREE (3) anime each day until the end of voting period.

3. At the end of voting, 4 anime with the highest votes will proceed to the next level, the remaining 2 will be eliminated.

4. 12 anime will be eliminated in this level, at the same time Top 20 Starters will proceed to the duel with Top 20 Aces!
